Mandarin Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 cans mandarin frozen in a Freezer Mates (10 oz.)
- 10 ml fresh ginger grated
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1-2 egg white
Instructions
- With the Power Chef, crush the frozen mandarin
- Put the sugar, the egg whites and the grated ginger over the mandarin. Chop until homogeneous and smooth texture.
- Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes.
