Steamed white fish
- 400 ml of chicken or fish broth
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 750 g of White fish
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1 tbsp of corn meal
- 100 ml of 35% cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 10 spring of parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Put the broth in the Smart Steamer reservoir
Slice the lemon with a universal Knife and place it on the bottom of the interior vessel of the SmartSteamer.
Use the Chop’n’prep to chop the onion and garlic and place them on the lemon pieces.
Place the fish on the mix, salt and pepper to taste and place the bay leaf on top.
Cook in the microwave for 10 minutes on high or until the fish flakes apart when touched with a fork.
Keep 100ml of the liquid from the reservoir.
In the Power chef (whit the whisk) or Whip’n’prep mix this 100 ml with the cream and the corn meal.
Put it into the micropitcher and cook for 2 minutes at 80%.
Chop the parsley in the Chop’n’Prep
Put the sauce back into the power chef (whit the whisk) Whip’n’prep and add the parsley and butter and whip again.
Serve the fish with the sauce.
