Caesar Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 fillets anchovy
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- • Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg yoke
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 1/3 cup of parmesan
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients (except the oil and the parmesan) in the Power Chef with the blade. Chop them well to achieve a creamy texture.
- Replace the blade with the beater and add the oil and the parmesan. Mix well.
- Taste it and add mustard and vinegar to taste.
