Caesar Vinaigrette


  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 fillets anchovy
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • • Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg yoke
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of canola oil
  • 1/3 cup of parmesan


  • Put all the ingredients (except the oil and the parmesan) in the Power Chef with the blade. Chop them well to achieve a creamy texture.
  • Replace the blade with the beater and add the oil and the parmesan. Mix well.
  • Taste it and add mustard and vinegar to taste.
