Steamed white fish

Steamed white fish


  • 400 ml of chicken or fish broth
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 750 g of White fish
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • 1 tbsp of corn meal
  • 100 ml of 35% cream
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 10 spring of parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Put the broth in the Smart Steamer reservoir
  • Slice the lemon with a universal Knife and place it on the bottom of the interior vessel of the SmartSteamer.
  • Use the Chop’n’prep to chop the onion and garlic and place them on the lemon pieces.
  • Place the fish on the mix, salt and pepper to taste and place the bay leaf on top.
  • Cook in the microwave for 10 minutes on high or until the fish flakes apart when touched with a fork.
  • Keep 100ml of the liquid from the reservoir.
  • In the Power chef (whit the whisk) or Whip’n’prep mix this 100 ml with the cream and the corn meal.
  • Put it into the micropitcher and cook for 2 minutes at 80%.
  • Chop the parsley in the Chop’n’Prep
  • Put the sauce back into the power chef (whit the whisk) Whip’n’prep and add the parsley and butter and whip again.
  • Serve the fish with the sauce.
