- 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic glove
- salt and pepper
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- In the Power Chef whit the paddle whisk, place the egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper
- Whit the garlic wonder, press the garlic clove
- Place the funnel on the Power Chef in the close position. Add ¼ cup of oil.
- Open the funnel and whip until the texture as thicken.
