Garlic Mayonnaise

  • 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic glove
  • salt and pepper
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil


  • In the Power Chef whit the paddle whisk, place the egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper
  • Whit the garlic wonder, press the garlic clove
  • Place the funnel on the Power Chef in the close position. Add ¼ cup of oil.
  • Open the funnel and whip until the texture as thicken.
  • Repeat until all of the oil is use
