Glazed salmon maple syrup and mustard
Servings 4 serving
Ingredients
- 400 ml of water
- 1 1/2 cup of carrot cut in slice
- 3/4 cup of hulled snow pea
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp of dry thyme
- 4 salmon filet without the skin
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Put the water in the reservoir of the steam-cooker or the smart multi-cooker
- Sparkle the salmon whit salt and black pepper and put them in the shielded colander.
- In the shallow colander put all the carrot and the snow pea on top of the carrot.
- Cook for 8 minutes at high or until fish is cook. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Mix the maple syrup and the mustard in a boll
- Before serving, glazed the salmon whit the sauce.
