  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon the juice and zest
  • 1 ½ cup of flour
  • 1 ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of poppy seed
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 2/3 cup of icing sugar
  • ½ cup of soften unsalted butter


  • Butter the ultrapro
  • In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and poppy seed
  • In the power chef whit the blade, put the soften butter and the sugar. Pull the cord until the mixture is creamy
  • Add the egg and mix again
  • Whit the zest and press, zest the lemon and add it to the butter
  • Add the flour mixture alternately whit the milk
  • Put in the oven at 350˚ on the middle rack for 25 minutes
  • Press the lemon whit the zest and press and mix it whit the icing sugar. Mix well. Poor over the bake and still hot cake
  • Allow to penetrate and cool
