Iced Chocolate Squares
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup chocolate biscuit crumbs
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 6 cup strawberry and banana sorbet (see recipe below)
- 2 cup of Nutella
- 1/2 cup of chopped Walnuts

- 2 1/2 cup of frozen strawberry and banana
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 egg white
Instructions

- Melt the butter for 20 seconds in the microwave whit the micro pitcher set.
- Add the biscuit crumbs and mix.
- Place some parchment paper in the bottom of a Cold Cut Keeper Large.
- Spread the biscuit crumb mixture on the bottom of the Cold Cut Keeper.
- Press the mixture to the base.
- Make 3 recipes of the sorbet and spread them on the top of the biscuit mixture Couver and leave in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Spread the Nutella on the sorbet.
- Chop the walnuts and spread them on top of the Nutella. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes

- In the power chef whit the batter, put the eggs white and the sugar. Mix the egg whites until soft peaks forms.
- Use the blade of the power chef and add the frozen fruit. Chop until you get a smooth texture.
- For a smoother texture, you can use 1 tbsp of water.
