Poached Eggs with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 medium yellow onions
  • Chipotle Seasoning
  • 12 egg’s
  • 2 cans whole Italian tomatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh cilantro
  • 3 green onions

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in the Sauté Pan.
  • Chop the onion and the garlic in the Power Chef.
  • Caramelise the onion and garlic in the olive oil in the Sauté Pan.
  • Add the Chipotle Seasoning.
  • Put the 2 cans of whole tomatoes in the Power Chef and chop into large pieces.
  • Add the tomatoes to the pan.
  • Break the eggs, one at a time, into the tomato mixture and leave to simmer with the lid on, just until the egg whites have formed.
  • Chop the cilantro and the green onions in the Chop’n’Prep.
  • Sprinkle the cilantro and onions onto the eggs.
