Heat the oil in the Sauté Pan.
Chop the onion and the garlic in the Power Chef.
Caramelise the onion and garlic in the olive oil in the Sauté Pan.
Add the Chipotle Seasoning.
Put the 2 cans of whole tomatoes in the Power Chef and chop into large pieces.
Add the tomatoes to the pan.
Break the eggs, one at a time, into the tomato mixture and leave to simmer with the lid on, just until the egg whites have formed.
Chop the cilantro and the green onions in the Chop’n’Prep.
Sprinkle the cilantro and onions onto the eggs.
