Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion chopped
- ¼ cup of parmesan
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 ½ cup of Tex-Mex Cheese or a mix ofr ½ cup of each, mozzarella, Monterey jack and medium strong cheddar
Instructions
- Drain the artichokes.
- Add the onion, garlic and artichokes to the Power Chef and chop finely.
- Put all the ingredients in the Stack Cooker and cook 7 minutes at 80% power or until the mix is hot and cheese is melted.
- Mix well and serve in the dip bowl with corn chips or crispy pitas
