Hot Artichoke Dip

Equipment

  • Stack Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ¼ cup of parmesan
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1 ½ cup of Tex-Mex Cheese or a mix ofr ½ cup of each, mozzarella, Monterey jack and medium strong cheddar

Instructions

  • Drain the artichokes.
  • Add the onion, garlic and artichokes to the Power Chef and chop finely.
  • Put all the ingredients in the Stack Cooker and cook 7 minutes at 80% power or until the mix is hot and cheese is melted.
  • Mix well and serve in the dip bowl with corn chips or crispy pitas
