Macaroni Cheese

  • 1 pkt of short macaroni
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
  • 2 cup of milk
  • 3 cup of strong cheddar grated
  • 2 cup of Havarti cheese grated
  • 1/2 lbs of Velveeta cheese cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper


  • Cook the macaroni in the Pasta Cooker, “al dente”. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the cooking shelf in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Butter the Lasagne UltraPro.
  • In the Micro-pitcher, melt the butter in the microwave, at 80% power. Remove it and add the flour. Mix well with the Tupperware whisk. Add the milk and mix again.
  • Return to the microwave and continue to cook at 80% 1 minute at a time to produce a Béchamel sauce, stirring each time.
  • While the sauce is very hot incorporate the cheeses, except for 1 cup of cheddar and 1 cup of Havarti. Mix, making sure the cheeses melt and mix well. If necessary return to the microwave for reheating.
  • Add the seasoning.
  • Incorporate the sauce into the pasta.
  • Put the mix in the UltraPro. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Cook in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
