Cook the macaroni in the Pasta Cooker, “al dente”. Drain and set aside.
Place the cooking shelf in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Butter the Lasagne UltraPro.
In the Micro-pitcher, melt the butter in the microwave, at 80% power. Remove it and add the flour. Mix well with the Tupperware whisk. Add the milk and mix again.
Return to the microwave and continue to cook at 80% 1 minute at a time to produce a Béchamel sauce, stirring each time.
While the sauce is very hot incorporate the cheeses, except for 1 cup of cheddar and 1 cup of Havarti. Mix, making sure the cheeses melt and mix well. If necessary return to the microwave for reheating.
Add the seasoning.
Incorporate the sauce into the pasta.
Put the mix in the UltraPro. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Cook in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
