Oriental Chicken
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 1 piece of ginger (1 inch)
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Soya sauce
- 1 tsp herbs of Provence
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cup of water
- A little Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Chop the garlic, cilantro, ginger and onion with the Power Chef.
- Zest the lemon whit the zest n’ press
- Add the brown sugar, soya sauce, the zest, the spices and mix.
- Put the chicken and all the other ingredients in the 1.75L Tupperwave and place in the stack position over the 3L, in which are the rice and water.
- Cook in the Microwave for 20 minutes.
