Oriental Chicken

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 1 piece of ginger (1 inch)
  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp herbs of Provence
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cup of water
  • A little Cayenne pepper


  • Chop the garlic, cilantro, ginger and onion with the Power Chef.
  • Zest the lemon whit the zest n’ press
  • Add the brown sugar, soya sauce, the zest, the spices and mix.
  • Put the chicken and all the other ingredients in the 1.75L Tupperwave and place in the stack position over the 3L, in which are the rice and water.
  • Cook in the Microwave for 20 minutes.
