Pesto Trout with Goat Cheese and Green beans
Ingredients
- 2-3 trout fillets
- 1/2 cup tomato pesto (see the Les Diamants recipe)
- 1/2 cup of goat cheese
- 2 cup of green beans
- olive oil
- italian spice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Fill the water reservoir of the SmartSteamer or the base of que Smart multi cooker.
- Place the trout fillets in the large colander of the steamer.
- Mix the pesto and the goat cheese together in the Power Chef.
- Layer the fillets with the pesto and goat cheese.
- Put the green beans in the top colander
- Cook for 15 minutes at 100%.
- As soon as they are cooked, mix the beans with the olive oil, salt, pepper and the Italian Spices to taste.
