Pineapple and Mint Chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts 12 chicken thighs


  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Jalopeno pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper


  • Chop the mint, the ginger and the garlic in the Chop’n’Prep.
  • Mix the ingredients in the Season Serve Container
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and place in the fridge for about 8 hours.
  • Put the oil in the Sauté Pan and sear the chicken breasts.
  • Lower the temperature and add the marinade.
  • Cover and leave to cook for about 20 minutes.
