Pineapple and Mint Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts 12 chicken thighs
Marinade
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Jalopeno pepper to taste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop the mint, the ginger and the garlic in the Chop’n’Prep.
- Mix the ingredients in the Season Serve Container
- Add the chicken to the marinade and place in the fridge for about 8 hours.
- Put the oil in the Sauté Pan and sear the chicken breasts.
- Lower the temperature and add the marinade.
- Cover and leave to cook for about 20 minutes.
