Chicken Marsala

  • Chef Series II Sauteuse
  • Pasta Maker


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pkt mushrooms
  • 700 g chicken Breast cut into strips
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup 15% cream
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 box penne or other pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta in the Pasta Maker.
  • Preheat the Chef Series II Sauteuse. Cut the onion and garlic with the Chop 'N Prep Chef. Melt the butter and oil and cook the chopped onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Put aside in the 1.75l of the Stack Cooker.
  • While the above is cooking, coat the chicken with flour. Add the chicken to the Chef Series II Sauteuse and cook 4 minutes on each side until it is golden brown.
  • Add the Marsala wine. Let it simmer uncovered for 4 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
  • Add the chicken broth and the veggies set aside. Let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the cream and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Press the lemon whit the Zest N’ Press and add to the preparation.
  • Let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve the sauce on top of the Pasta.
