  • 4 chicken breasts (1lb total)
  • 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a bowl or shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs based mixture and place in the of 1.75L of the Tupperwave Stack cooker.
  • Drizzle the melted butter.
  • Cover and bake 20-25 minutes at 80%.
