- 4 chicken breasts (1lb total)
- 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp of butter, melted
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl or shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs based mixture and place in the of 1.75L of the Tupperwave Stack cooker.
- Drizzle the melted butter.
- Cover and bake 20-25 minutes at 80%.
