Italian meatloaf


  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup of parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup of grated cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (700 ml)
  • Salt and pepper to Taste


  • Chop the onion, pepper and parsley together in Quick Chef Pro or the power chef
  • Mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese and half of the tomato sauce.
  • Mould the mixture into a loaf shape.
  • Roll the loaf in 1 cup of the grated cheese.
  • Place the loaf in a UltraPro or the Tupperwave Stack cooker
  • Cook for 30 minutes in the microwave at 80% with the lid on. Add the rest of the cheese and pour the tomato sauce onto the meatloaf.
  • If cooking in the Tupperwave, return to the microwave and cook for another 5 minutes at 80%. If cooking in the UltraPro reduce cooking time to 25 minutes and then transfer the Meatloaf to the Oven at 400F with no cover.
