Walnut pesto
Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, lightly roasted
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of hot pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste

- Put all ingredients in the Chop n’ Prep. Chop until desired consistency
