Walnut pesto


  • 1 cup walnuts, lightly roasted
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of hot pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Put all ingredients in the Chop n’ Prep. Chop until desired consistency
