  • Stack Cooker


  • 1⅓ cups fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
  • cup onion chopped
  • cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • ½-⅓ cup chicken broth


  • Place mushrooms, onion, celery, and butter in the 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Cook, covered, on high power 2–3 minutes or until tender. Stir in stuffing mix and enough broth to moisten (stuffing should be very moist). Spread stuffing evenly in the Casserole. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 2–4 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
