Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen, cut brocoli
  • cup water chesnuts chopped
  • ¼ tsp onion salt
  • ¼ tsp orange zest optional
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine broccoli, water chestnuts, onion salt, and if desired, orange zest. Dot with butter. Stack and cook. Stir in pecans before serving.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6–8 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in pecans before serving.
