Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen, cut brocoli
- ⅓ cup water chesnuts chopped
- ¼ tsp onion salt
- ¼ tsp orange zest optional
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine broccoli, water chestnuts, onion salt, and if desired, orange zest. Dot with butter. Stack and cook. Stir in pecans before serving.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6–8 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in pecans before serving.
