Ingredients
- 10 slices cinnamon-raison bread cut in bite-sized cubes
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1½ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Place bread cubes in medium bowl, set aside. In All-In-One Shaker, combine remaining ingredients, seal and shake vigorously until well combined. Pour mixture over bread cubes and mix until evenly coated. Let stand 5 minutes, then pour bread pudding mixture into Cover and stack cook.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on 50% power 13–15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
