Ingredients
- 1 can lentils (440g)
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ red bell pepper chopped
- ½ onion chopped
- ½½ cup crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole and mix well. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power, 6–8 minutes.
