Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 slices ham chopped
- 2 Russet potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and ham. Arrange potatoes in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole and top with egg mixture. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 10 minutes
