  • Stack Cooker


  • 2 cups quick cooking white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli shredded
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded


  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients, except cheese. Stack and cook as directed on page 10. At the end of cooking time, top with cheese.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7 minutes.
