- Stack Cooker
- 2 cups quick cooking white rice
- 2 cups broccoli shredded
- 3 cups water
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients, except cheese. Stack and cook as directed on page 10. At the end of cooking time, top with cheese.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7 minutes.
