Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, then season with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Toss seasoned pieces in flour to coat. Add balsamic vinaigrette and mix to coat. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, add heavy cream and parsley.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
