- Stack Cooker
- 1½ cup quick cooking whire rice
- 1½ cup water
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6–8 minutes.
