Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets (4oz/115g)
  • 4 tbst unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp garlic minced

Instructions

  • Place fillets in 1¾-Qt/1.75 L Casserole and top with remaining ingrédients, placing 1 tbsp. of butter on each fille. Stackand cook.
  • May be cooked separately covered, on high power 7 minutes.
