  • Stack Cooker


  • 1 cup tricolor quinoa rinced
  • 1 can black beans with liquid (15oz)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted


  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 10–12 minutes.
