- Stack Cooker
- 10 oz medium shrimp chopped (285g)
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup onion chopped
- ¾ cup panko-style breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp chipotle salsa
- ½ cup water
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except chipotle salsa and water. Form into 8 cakes and arrange in a circle in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Add salsa and water to Casserole, then stack and cook.
