Ingredients

  • 10 oz medium shrimp chopped (285g)
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • cup onion chopped
  • ¾ cup panko-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp chipotle salsa
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except chipotle salsa and water. Form into 8 cakes and arrange in a circle in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Add salsa and water to Casserole, then stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
