- Stack Cooker
- 2 large eggs
- 1¼ cup half & half
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup quick cooking white rice
- In small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Transfer mixture to Cover. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 4–5 minutes.
