Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small white onion chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 6 oz smoked sausage sliced (175g)
- 1 cans pinto beans drained (2x15oz)
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, place butter, onion and celery. Microwave cook on high power 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
