Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 6 oz smoked sausage sliced (175g)
  • 1 cans pinto beans drained (2x15oz)
  • ¾ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, place butter, onion and celery. Microwave cook on high power 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
