Ingredients
- 9 oz package frozen, chopped spinach or artichoke hearts
- ⅓ cup water
- 8 oz container sour cream
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup blue cheese salsad dressing
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ⅛ tsp celery salt
- Assorted chips, crackers, breadsticks, or vegetables for dipping
Instructions
- In the 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, combine frozen vegetable of your choice and water. Cook on high power 6–8 minutes or until tender, stirring once to break up vegetables. Do not drain.
- Meanwhile, in base of Power Chef, Quick Chef Pro or blender, combine sour cream, milk, salad dressing, flour, thyme, and celery salt. Cover and blend until smooth. Add undrained vegetables. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Return mixture to Casserole. Cook on high power 5–7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute until slightly thickened, then every 30 seconds. Cook on high power 1 additional minute. Serve warm with chips, crackers, breadsticks or vegetable dippers.
