Ingredients
Crust
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup milk
Topping
- 1 cup raspberries, blueberries, blackberries fresh or cut-up fruits
- ⅓ cup orange juice or water
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ stp cinnamon
Instructions
Crust
- Stir together flour, baking powder, and, if desired, salt; set aside. Beat butter in Power Chef for 30 seconds. Add the ¼ cup sugar; beat until combined. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating after each addition. Spread dough evenly in the 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole.
Topping
- Stir together berries, juice, the remaining 3 tbsp. sugar, and the cinnamon. Pour over dough. Cook on high power 7–9 minutes or until berry mixture is bubbly and cake springs back when lightly touched.
