  • 1 cup basil fresh and washed
  • 2 garlic glove peeled
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper


  • In the cover of the Stack Cooker, put the pine nuts and cook for 30 seconds.
  • In the Chop N’ Prep, chop the pine nuts, garlic and parmesan cheese.
  • Add the basil and olive oil. Chop until smoot texture. You can add more oil if needed.
