- 1 cup basil fresh and washed
- 2 garlic glove peeled
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper
- In the cover of the Stack Cooker, put the pine nuts and cook for 30 seconds.
- In the Chop N’ Prep, chop the pine nuts, garlic and parmesan cheese.
- Add the basil and olive oil. Chop until smoot texture. You can add more oil if needed.
