Ingredients
- ½ yellow onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 garlic glove
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 can of San Marzano tomato
- 1 ¾ cup of chicken broth
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 box of barilla penne pasta
- 1 tbsp of Italian spice
- ½ cup of 35% cream or ricotta cheese optional
Instructions
- Chop in the Power chef the onion and carrot. Put it in the pressure cooker
- Cut the San Marzano tomato whit the power chef and add to the pressure cooker
- In the chop n’ prep, chop the garlic. Add it to the pressure cooker
- Put the raw ground beef in the pressure cooker
- Whit the Quick Shaker, mix the chicken broth, tomato paste and Italian spice. Add to the pressure cooker.
- Add the pasta and mix. Cook for 20 minute and let depressurise
- Add the cream or ricotta cheese if wanted.
