  • ½ yellow onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 can of San Marzano tomato
  • 1 ¾ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 box of barilla penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp of Italian spice
  • ½ cup of 35% cream or ricotta cheese optional


  • Chop in the Power chef the onion and carrot. Put it in the pressure cooker
  • Cut the San Marzano tomato whit the power chef and add to the pressure cooker
  • In the chop n’ prep, chop the garlic. Add it to the pressure cooker
  • Put the raw ground beef in the pressure cooker
  • Whit the Quick Shaker, mix the chicken broth, tomato paste and Italian spice. Add to the pressure cooker.
  • Add the pasta and mix. Cook for 20 minute and let depressurise
  • Add the cream or ricotta cheese if wanted.
