Broccoli chicken ballottine

Equipment
- Smart steamer
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts without the skin
- 1 tsp of fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 400 mL of chicken broth (for the water tray of the smart steamer)
Stuffing
- 1 cup of fresh broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
Sauce (in the vent n’ serve or in a micro pitcher set)
- ½ cup of 35% cream
- 1 tbsp of Dijon’s mustard
- ½ cup of chicken broth
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Whit the universal series knives make a slit in the chicken breast
- In the steamer base put the chicken breast, season whit salt and pepper
- Put 400 mL chicken broth in the water tray of the smart steamer
- Whit the power chef chop the onion and garlic and the broccoli
- Stuff the chicken whit the chop onion, garlic, broccoli and parmesan cheese
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes
- In the chop n’ prep, chop the fresh parsley
- Press the lemon whit the zest n’ press
- In the vent n’ serve or in the micro pitcher set, put all the sauce ingredients
- In the microwave, cook 1 minutes, stir, and cook for 1 more minutes. Repeat until sauce is thicken
- Serve the sauce on the chicken ballottine
