Moroccan meatball whit barley

Ingredients
- 1 cup of barley
- 1 1/2 cup of beef broth
- 1 lbs of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 4 small carrot cut in bevel
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 6 fresh Italian tomato San Marzano or Romanella or 2 cup of cherry
- 1 cup of green bean cut into 2 cm piece
- 2 garlic glove
- Fresh parsley
- 1 cup of coriander
Instructions
- Place barley and beef broth in the base of the smart multi-cooker
- Season the meat whit the chili, cumin, salt, pepper and egg. Mix
- Make meatball and place them in the shielded colander
- Put the carrot over the meatball
- Whit the power Chef, chop the garlic, celery and onion. Put then on top of the carrot.
- Whit a knife, do a cross on the back of the tomato and place them in the shallow colander whit the green bean.
- Staked and cook for 15 minute at high. When cook let sit of 5 minute.
- Chop the parsley and the coriander whit the power chef.
- Mix the parsley, coriander whit the meatball and barley.
- Peel the skin of the tomato and chop it whit the power chef and add it to the meatball.
- mix all together and serve
