Put the peanut butter in the Micro-Pitcher and melt in the microwave.
Zest the lemon using the Zest N’ Press.
Put the rice in the 3L container of the Stack Cooker and the water. Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave. Add the 2 cups of water and the lemon zest.
Cut the garlic, the onion, the ginger and the mushrooms in the Power Chef
Add salt and pepper, mix and put in microwave in the 1.75 L container of the Stack Cooker for 5 minutes.
Replace the blade with the beater in the Power Chef. Add the Hoisin sauce, coconut milk, melted peanut butter and the Bovril. Mix well.
Put the chicken cubes in the 1.75L container of the Stack Cooker,over the veggies and then cover in the sauce. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Stack on the 3L container of the Stack Cooker and cook in the microwave for 20 minutes.
Chop the parsley in the Chop ’N Prep Chef.
As soon as the chicken is cooked, add the parsley, the pepper and the green onions on top the chicken and serve with a side of rice.
