In the Micro-pitcher melt the chocolate and butter for 1 minute at 60%. Continue at 60% until chocolate is soft.
Remove from the microwave and mix until smooth.
Add the sugar and eggs one at a time, continuing to mix.
Add the flour, mix until smooth and then put into the Breakfast Maker.
Cook for 1minute 30 seconds at 70%, Continue to cook at 70% for a further 30 seconds if required.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes and then remove from the Breakfast maker. The centre should be slightly runny.
Use the Silicone Spatula to serve, either warm or cold.
