  • Breakfast Maker


  • cup butter
  • cup black chocolat
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour


  • In the Micro-pitcher melt the chocolate and butter for 1 minute at 60%. Continue at 60% until chocolate is soft.
  • Remove from the microwave and mix until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and eggs one at a time, continuing to mix.
  • Add the flour, mix until smooth and then put into the Breakfast Maker.
  • Cook for 1minute 30 seconds at 70%, Continue to cook at 70% for a further 30 seconds if required.
  • Leave to stand for 3 minutes and then remove from the Breakfast maker. The centre should be slightly runny.
  • Use the Silicone Spatula to serve, either warm or cold.
