Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fruit salad drained
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup Carnation milk (ex : Carnation)

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  • In a container for cooking in the microwave (Ultra pro or Tupperwave Stack Cooker, mix the sugar, egg and fruits.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 80%.
  • Heat the brown sugar, Carnation milk and butter in micro pitcher for 2 minutes at 80%.
  • Cut the cake into pieces and pour the sauce over the cake, being careful to rub it with with Silicone Spatula.
