Fruit salad cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fruit salad drained
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup Carnation milk (ex : Carnation)
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a container for cooking in the microwave (Ultra pro or Tupperwave Stack Cooker, mix the sugar, egg and fruits.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
Bake 10 minutes at 80%.
Heat the brown sugar, Carnation milk and butter in micro pitcher for 2 minutes at 80%.
Cut the cake into pieces and pour the sauce over the cake, being careful to rub it with with Silicone Spatula.
