Friday Night (Vegetarian) Pizza

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup flour + ¼ cup
- 1 sachet instant pizza yeast (Fleischmann’s)
- ¾ tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup hot water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
- 1 can Italian Tomatoes 28 oz
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Italian Spices
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- salt
Instructions
For the dough:
- In the Power Chef, put all the dry ingredients, mix with the blade.
- Add the hot water and the oil, mix it until it stops sticking to the sides.
- Add ¼ cup of flour and pull 2 -3 times.
- Put the Dough in an UltraPro cover
- Spread the dough out with your hands and a spatula.
- Garnish with a sauce and ingredients of your choice.
- Cook in the oven at 400F just until the cheese and/or other ingredients are cooked and grilled (about 15 minutes).
For the sauce:
- In the Power chef, place the garlic cloves and finely chop them.
- Add the rest of the ingrediants and finely chop everything.
- Transfer to the Tupperwave 1.7L stack cooker, with cover and cook for 8 minutes at 80% power.
- Serve immediately or freeze until required.
