Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp coarse kosher salt

Instructions

  • In 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, whisk together eggs. Add bell peppers, cheese and salt into eggs. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6 minutes.
