Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- ½ red bell pepper chopped
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
Instructions
- In 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, whisk together eggs. Add bell peppers, cheese and salt into eggs. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6 minutes.
