Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup yellow cornmeal
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 can creamed corn (230g)

Instructions

  • Grease Cover with softened butter and set aside. In medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Pour batter into greased Cover, stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 5–6 minutes.
