Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup yellow cornmeal
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 can creamed corn (230g)
Instructions
- Grease Cover with softened butter and set aside. In medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Pour batter into greased Cover, stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 5–6 minutes.
