  • Stack Cooker


  • 18 onces fingerling potatoes rinsed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp water


  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients. Stack and cook, then smash potatoes to desired texture.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
