- Stack Cooker
- 18 onces fingerling potatoes rinsed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp water
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, mix all ingredients. Stack and cook, then smash potatoes to desired texture.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
