Ingredients
- 1 lb fland steak sliced thin
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 bell peppers sliced thinly
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup beef broth
Instructions
- In 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, mix flank steak with flour until well coated. Add remaining ingredients, then stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7-9 minutes.
