Ingredients

  • 1 lb fland steak sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 bell peppers sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup beef broth

Instructions

  • In 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, mix flank steak with flour until well coated. Add remaining ingredients, then stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7-9 minutes.
