Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1⅓ cup whole milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups biscuit mix
Instructions
- Spread melted butter and breadcrumbs over Bottom and sides of 3-Qt./3L Casserole with Cone placed in center. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, cheese, green onions, oïl and garlic until well combined. Add biscuit mix an stir until well combined.
- Cook at 50% power 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 2 minutes before inverting.
