  • Stack Cooker


  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1⅓ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups biscuit mix


  • Spread melted butter and breadcrumbs over Bottom and sides of 3-Qt./3L Casserole with Cone placed in center. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, cheese, green onions, oïl and garlic until well combined. Add biscuit mix an stir until well combined.
  • Cook at 50% power 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 2 minutes before inverting.
